There is no divine intervention without human cooperation.
To every promise of scripture there are conditions to be met. For example, it takes faith to receive healing from God. There is something to do to prosper. God’s provision for supernatural prosperity is based on covenant practises.
Deut 8:18 To enjoy the blessings of Abraham in whom God bless with all things, you have to do what Abraham did to receive this blessing from the Lord. Abraham worked by faith, He had absolute faith in God and His word. Abraham attitude was if God said it that settle it. The Word of God was final to him. The same must be for us.
To be like our father Abraham we must do what He did.
Isaiah 51:1-3 “Listen to Me, you who follow after righteousness,You who seek the LORD: Look to the rock from which you were hewn, And to the hole of the pit from which you were dug. Look to Abraham your father, and to Sarah who bore you; For I called him alone, And blessed him and increased him.” For the LORD will comfort Zion, He will comfort all her waste places; He will make her wilderness like Eden, And her desert like the garden of the LORD; Joy and gladness will be found in it, Thanksgiving and the voice of melody.
There is no different between the Jew and the Greek, the black and the white, “For the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call on His name” Romans 10:12
"For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich" 2 Corinthians 8:9
So God’s will is for us to prosper. The enemy’s will for us is to constantly struggle for money. May I with humility ask my brothers and sisters, to learn from scriptures how to work in financial abundance. There are 5 different covenant practises we need to maintain to enjoy divine financial freedom.
It takes continuous and effective giving to break the yoke of poverty and to have supernatural abundance, prayer and fasting alone are not enough to win the war on poverty. If you find it difficult to give, you still have poverty mentality, even if you have money. Don’t be a reservoir, but be a channel of blessing, because it is a blessing to give than to receive. Bless others so that God can bless you.
Psalm 41:1-3 says; “Blessed is he who considers the poor; The Lord will deliver him in time of trouble. The Lord will preserve him and keep him alive, And he will be blessed on the earth; You will not deliver him to the will of his enemies. The Lord will strengthen him on his bed of illness; You will sustain him on his sickbed.
God’s covenant with Abraham is summed up in this. “You shall be a blessing…” And this is also God purpose for you and I, to be a blessing to other people.
If your dreams and or imagination is not to enrich or be a blessing to others, it is not from God, it is self-centred.
